powerdvd

i have powerdvd 5.1. i reinstalled windows xp off the disk and lost alot of devices. when i play music on my pc i have to turn down the volume. but when i play dvds i max out the volumes and it is still weak. before i messed up and reinstalled the disk the wrong way it use to be alot louder. any advise besides dont touch computer haha
