Answer That typically points to a hard drive with errors on it. Check for errors by clicking on 'My Computer' right clicking on the hard drive (probably c:), select Properties, Tools then 'Check now'. Make sure both checkboxes are checked, then hit Ok. Restart your computer and it should detect / fix all errors.
