I wanted to share some interesting tips and features that you may not be aware of when using Google. Google is a very powerful search engine but it also has many other great features that you may not be aware of.
Reverse Telephone Lookup. Simply type in a phone number in Google's search field and search it. If the phone number is not unlisted it will look up the persons name and address. You can also search for a person or business name for example 'Certified Computer Experts, Chester, MD'
Definitions. Simply type 'define' followed by the word you want to define and Google will return the definition. Example 'define world wide web'
Track Packages. You can type any FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking number into Google and it will return packing tracking information.
Google Earth. Google has a program that has mapped the entire world using satillite photos. You can zoom from outer space all the way to your street! Very amazing program. You can also map directions, find business, etc.
